About Us

Selva Daniel is the Principal Solicitor at Selva Daniel Lawyers. She leads her team with a strong focus on growth and mentoring. She works across a wide range of legal matters. Selva regularly travels to Wagga Wagga, Albury, Gosford, the Blue Mountains, and interstate locations including Adelaide, Melbourne, and Tasmania to assist clients. Internationally, she travels across Europe for immigration law matters.

She has over 18 years of legal experience. Selva began her career as a paralegal and gained exposure across multiple areas of law. After qualifying in Australia, she worked in top-tier national firms and private corporate practices.

During her studies, Selva taught international students in Diploma of Business Leadership programs. She also launched a podcast where she interviewed experienced barristers and shared their insights.

Selva practises in Probate, Family Law, Immigration, Traffic, Criminal, and Insurance Law. She works with a diverse range of clients, including international students, small businesses, developers, contractors, and service providers. She focuses on practical and tailored legal solutions.

She is committed to community service. Selva regularly organises legal education workshops and seminars. She also supports initiatives that recognise high-achieving HSC students within the Assyrian community.

In her spare time, Selva enjoys travelling and exploring different cultures. She values connecting with people from different backgrounds and experiences.
